All core features are currently 100% Free during our Launch Beta. When paid subscription plans are introduced, every paid plan will come with a 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, request a full refund with zero questions asked.
1. Free Beta Launch Status (Zero Billing)
SellerOS is currently offered as a 100% Free Early Access Beta. No credit card, debit card, or payment details are collected during registration. You will not be charged any subscription fee during this launch period.
2. 30-Day Advance Notice Guarantee
When paid plans (such as ₹99/month or ₹999/year) are launched in the future, SellerOS guarantees to notify all active sellers at least 30 days in advance via email ([email protected]) and in-dashboard notifications. You will have full choice to opt into a paid plan or continue using free tiers.
3. How to Request a Refund & Cancellation
To cancel your subscription or request a 100% refund within the 14-day window once paid plans are active:
- Send an email to [email protected] with your registered business email and order ID.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
