Our Transparent Commitment on Paid Subscription Plans
SellerOS is currently provided as a 100% Free Launch Beta for all registered Indian merchants. In the event that paid subscription tiers (e.g. Pro Seller OS at ₹99/month or ₹999/year) or fee structure changes are introduced in the future, SellerOS guarantees to issue an official notice via registered email and in-dashboard notifications at least 30 days in advance before any billing or plan transition takes effect. No credit card details are collected during registration, and no automatic charges will ever occur without explicit user consent.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Free Beta Access
By creating an account on SellerOS ("Platform") or using any of our free seller utilities (including Shipping Label Cropper, AI Background Remover, Return Loss Matrix, or Wholesaler Map Pins), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. SellerOS reserves the right to update these terms to reflect feature additions or regulatory requirements.
2. Data Ownership & Privacy Safeguards
You retain 100% complete, unencumbered ownership of all data uploaded to SellerOS, including your product catalog SKUs, inventory counts, supplier shop locations, and customer invoices. SellerOS will never sell, rent, or trade your catalog, sales metrics, or supplier contact details to third-party marketplaces, advertisers, or competitors.
3. Subscription & Paid Plan Transition Policy
All core utility tools and features are currently free during our Launch Beta. When paid subscription plans are introduced:
- SellerOS will provide a clear 30-day advance notice via email and dashboard banners.
- Users will have full autonomy to select their preferred plan (Free Forever vs Pro Seller OS) or export their data prior to any plan change.
- Zero automatic recurring charges will be initiated without explicit Razorpay / payment gateway authorization from the user.
4. Fair Usage Policy & Account Responsibilities
To protect server bandwidth for all merchants, automated web scraping or abuse of AI background removal endpoints via non-browser scripts is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
